A snes game where you play as samus aran, bounty hunter extraordinaire, in order to rid some space pirates in style with your highly adaptable armor called your "Chozo Armor" (as shown in metroid prime, another great game set before this one). As you explore, you can find weapons that require ammo to shoot like missles, some other attachments to your beam so that your natural firepower, a power up that allows you to "morph" into a ball to squeeze past tight areas, some suit that both change how you explore and some more! Even with those things, there may be some techniques that you can pull off that are not mentioned any where. look for animals that won't hurt you (and that you cannot hurt) or wait at the title screen through all of the screens to see or learn some of them. While this is the third game in the series, you do not need to know the other games to jump right into this one. This game tells more through its environment and the intro (that is not too long, and that you cannot skip), so telling you what happens both in the previous games and this one would be both spoilers and completely redundant.
