Please patch this ips file into Mega Man 4, not Rockman 4.

-WHAT'S DIFFERENT?-
1. The graphics have changed.
2. The 8 weapons, have changed to.
3. The boss' behaviors and weaknesses.
4. Some text.
5. Some enemies.

Why After In Indonesia? Because it's the MegaMan's vacation has expired when in Java Island, Indonesia. So, He must came back into his hometown.

-Major Improvement and bug fixes.

-Improving shadows in BrightMan's, SkullMan's, and first Wily's stage.
-Improving the minor graphics in first Cossack's and third Wily's stage.
-Improving color of Cossack Battle Sprite.
-Improving the graphics behind the boss door in last Cossack's stage and third Wily's stage.
-Improving the location of the items.
-Improving the last Cossack's stage map if you choose the bottom part.
-Improving the Met Boss' Eyes after pausing.
-Improving the Right Ladder Grab's HP.
This is just minor update for the graphics, and I didn't change anything in the gameplay...
